Plum Stirfry Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ cup plum jam
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. Rice Wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp.Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. Sriracha or to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. This will be easier if you melt the plum jam first in a small saucepan or in the microwave.
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
